Hello Ladies! I saw this really cool idea over at Coping With Frugality where Amanda decided to do a weekly blog post on fitness related topics. So I decided to join her! Over the last two years I've lost 34 pounds, two years sounds like a long time, well it is lol but I was and am in no rush, slowly but surely the weight has and will continue to come off if I work at it. I achieved my weight loss by changing my eating habits and becoming more active, that's it! No magic pills or foods, just good ol' eating right and exercising.I tend to get bored easily so I have to find activities that are fun, I love dance workouts, boot camp style workouts, and kickboxing.
