Trim Down Thursday: Workout Tips & Tricks

It's that time of the week again! So some people find any excuse in the book NOT to work out, the most common complaints are not enough time to work out, or no or not the right kind of equipment needed. Well here's my tips & tricks that I do that may help you too! I find that by breaking up my workouts into three 10 min intervals that time is no longer an issue. I am a full time working mother of two very active kids so if I can squeeze in a 10 min cardio burst somewhere in my morning or evening then tend to other household duties, come back and do another 10 mins cardio while dinner is cooking or while a load of laundry is drying, and then finish my workout off with a last 10 min set of stretching or yoga I have accomplished my workout goal of 30 min and I feel great!As far as fancy shmancy workout equipment I have none lol I have a set of hand weights and that's about it.
