Trim Down Thursdays: My Fitness Pal

Hello There! For this week's addition of Trim Down Thursdays I thought I would talk about something that has helped me immensely. My Fitness Pal is a free calorie counter, there is even a free downloadable app for your phone! I was introduced to this by my co worker and used it faithfully when we were doing our diet challenge :) I inputted my current weight and what my goal weight was and it showed me how many calories I should eat per day based on how many pounds I wanted to lose per week.You can track your foods, you weight and add friends to help encourage you along the way.
