Winter Hair Care Routine
With the Fall/Winter season in full swing I have decided to switch up our hair care routine and try some new things. Some of these tips and tricks I have used before and am currently applying others are new and I plan on trying. I will post later how they worked out for us :)My Winter Routine:During the summer months when it's hot and sometimes humid here in Cali sealing with a light oil is just fine but during the cold dry winter months I need a heavier product to seal my moisture in so I switch to butters. I lock in my moisture with my Shea Butter Mix80% of the time my hair is in a protective style, which is usually a bun or some sort of updo with my moisturized and sealed ends ALWAYS tucked. The other 20% of the time I will wear a ponytail or the occasional twist out or braid outA new method I am going to try this winter is using my hooded dryer when deep conditioning.
