I was recently introduced to an amazing new site called SlimKicker.
SlimKicker was created with the intention of helping people maintain motivation. It is a level-up game and point-based program. You begin with tracking your diet, where whole foods are worth more points than processed foods.
There are also challenges you can join, take your habit of drinking soda for instance, trying to quit? SlimKicker turns it into a 7-30 day challenge and some challenges even have prizes that can be won!
You can use SlimKicker alongside any diet program or use it to replace an exisiting diet program!
