Nutrisystem: Week 3 #NSNation

Hey Guys! Back again with a quick update on how I did on week 3 of Nutrisystem. I stuck to the meals consistently this week and I upped my workouts and kept those consistent as well and I am proud to report I lost 1.1 pounds and a half inch off my hips this week! Yay me! Well Hello There my wonderful readers!!! Remember how I said I would share my Nutrisystem updates every Monday, eh not so much considering today is once again Wednesday and here I am posting. Well let's just go with one day I hope to post consistently on Monday's how's that? :) Moving right along week 2 was great, I was a little disappointed I didn't lose any weight this week :( but I did lose an inch on my bust and half an inch on my waist so that made up for it for sure! I tasted new foods this week such as this fine little meal which was oh so tasty and definitely hit the spot of hunger that was saying: "Tiffany feed me something good NOW!" Week 1: Nutrisystem #NSNation

**This post is couple of days late :( life interrupted my blogging, but back to business. I'll be posting my weekly updates every Monday going forward.** Week 1 was interesting and great at the same time! I was hungry at first I think my big stretched out stomach had to get used to real proper normal sized portions. I know that in the past I overate so adjusting to normal portions were kinda hard the first couple of days. I worked out 3 days which is probably what I will stick to anywhere between 3-4 days of workouts. I will admit I thought 90% food was going to be disgusting but I was SO wrong. I am so amazed at how great the food taste!!! I can't even begin to describe to you how yummy and flavorful it is.
