
**This post is couple of days late :( life interrupted my blogging, but back to business. I'll be posting my weekly updates every Monday going forward.** Week 1 was interesting and great at the same time! I was hungry at first I think my big stretched out stomach had to get used to real proper normal sized portions. I know that in the past I overate so adjusting to normal portions were kinda hard the first couple of days. I worked out 3 days which is probably what I will stick to anywhere between 3-4 days of workouts. I will admit I thought 90% food was going to be disgusting but I was SO wrong. I am so amazed at how great the food taste!!! I can't even begin to describe to you how yummy and flavorful it is.
