Hey Guys,  So I recently joined a site called Revolt Fitness and I am extremely excited to share my journey with you all. Over the next 12 weeks I will be posting regular weekly updates, sharing my thoughts and experiences and how the program is going. Revolt was started by Nichole Huntsman a mom like me who after having three kids and gaining and losing the baby weight decided enough is enough. She created a truly great system that consists full length workouts and a diet plan. The workouts can be done in your living room and last between 20-45 min. Hey Guys, I made through week 15 of Nutrisystem and while I didn't lose much weight this week I am happy I did lose and didn't gain. I have been sticking to my usual favorite foods for the last couple of weeks and have started to incorporate regular foods. My last week is next week on the program and I have to start back on regular food so I've slowly started adding it back into my diet and Nutrisystem makes the transition so great and easy, more on that in my next post! Welcome to week 14, this post is a little late with the rush of back to school I completely forgot to post :( As my time on Nutrisystem winds down and nears its end I have begun reflecting upon  all that I have learned about portion control and reading labels and so much more (that's for a later post) and the journey has been great! Hiya! Welcome to my week 13 Nutrisystem post :) Let's get right to it, no weight lost this week but no weight gain either. I am really going to step up the workouts since this is my last few weeks on the program I want to go out with a bang. This week I wanted to share a little trick I did to spice up my dessert. Hey Guys! On to my review & weigh in, I recently wrapped week 11 of Nutrisystem and I lost another 0.8 pounds this week that puts me at a total lost of 9 pounds! Only one more pound away from 10 so excited!   Hey Guys! I just wrapped up week 10 of Nutrisystem and I am proud to say I redeemed myself from last week and actually lost some weight yay! woo-hoo. My back is definitely healing and although I still can't work out I can move around more like normal so that's great!   Hey Guys, Ever since I hurt my back a little of a week over I have been pretty much inactive in all aspects. I wish you could see the way I walk, picture a baby who is taking their first steps and bingo!!! That's me :( So I had my first setback since starting Nutrisystem and I gained almost a pound 0.9 to be exact, even though I gained I am not too disappointed in myself because I know that it wasn't my fault and pretty much out of my control. I think I may be on the road to recovery and I am hoping that my back heals soon so I can get off these meds, which are causing side effects that is affecting my weight loss efforts.
