Nutrisystem: Week 13 #NSNation


Welcome to my week 13 Nutrisystem post 🙂 Let’s get right to it, no weight lost this week but no weight gain either. I am really going to step up the workouts since this is my last few weeks on the program I want to go out with a bang.

This week I wanted to share a little trick I did to spice up my dessert. I took the golden pound cake and added a little chopped fresh strawberries to make a strawberry short cake yum yum


This was the perfect end to my day 🙂

    I never thought of doing that. It seems like you’re doing great! Some weeks you don’t lose, but as long as you don’t gain either, it’s still a win!

    Delicous! Seriously looks like a great way to end the day. I usually do fresh fruit with a dollop of fresh whipped cream. Just the perfect amount of sweetness.
