Nutrisystem: Week 15 #NSNation

Hey Guys,

I made through week 15 of Nutrisystem and while I didn’t lose much weight this week I am happy I did lose and didn’t gain. I have been sticking to my usual favorite foods for the last couple of weeks and have started to incorporate regular foods.

My last week is next week on the program and I have to start back on regular food so I’ve slowly started adding it back into my diet and Nutrisystem makes the transition so great and easy, more on that in my next post!
